What happens after I send the form?
After you send the form, a person reads it and calls you. If the floor is time-sensitive, call the number on this page and mention that you sent a request, so it's not missed.
Do I need to be there for the walkthrough?
It helps if you or someone who knows the building can walk it with us, especially for access, hours and anything you want protected. For a general contractor job, your superintendent works too.
What should I have ready?
Have ready the address, a rough square footage, what the floor is now (bare slab, tile, coating, carpet), how it's used and the hours we can work. A few phone photos of the floor and any problem spots save a lot of back and forth.
Do you work outside the city of Pittsburgh?
Yes. We serve Greater Pittsburgh, including the North, East, West and airport corridors and the Mon Valley. The service areas page lists the zones we work in most. If your building is somewhere else in the region, ask.
Is the quote free?
Yes, a free quote is how we start. The walkthrough lets us write a scope that names the finish and anything about the slab that you should know before you decide.
